Summer's here, and once again, our minds turn to short shorts. Here is pictured Aurinko's dad, Ernesto embodying the spirit of Tracy Jordon, before Tracy Jordon was even born: Live every week like it's shark week (in short shorts)!

Wow wow wow, Joanie Loves Chachi... in short shorts

I'll bet you always wondered what happened to this happy couple after their show was canceled two seasons in. Turns out they hightailed it to the streets of NYC where they replaced their devoted backup band with a trio of babies. Struggling to make ends meet, their wardrobe was minimal. Chachi sacrificed most of his pants to make outfits for the rest of the gang, and thus the short shorts craze was born.

Fun Fact: Chachi actually means "penis" in Korean.

Just Two Dads and We're Having a Good Time

Natalie's dad, Guy, seems to have put on some baby weight. Here he is pictured seemingly comparing his lovely baby lumps with good 'ol "Uncle Goosie." Or maybe they just can't find where they've dropped their joint. The world may never know.

If Zeus had an album cover, this may be what it would have looked like. Mr. Silver is pictured here, in front of Mount Olympus, taking a break from a long journey through time and space to play what appears to be either an auto harp or a flank steak. Fortunately the Greek gods had a mini barbecue magically appear from a tree stump for him to rest his leg upon, so he could take some time to sing what we could only imagine to be an ancient Greek Bob Dylan song.

Finally found the Dad of a lifetime

Casually perched in what can only be described as my dream basement, Cassandra's dad is a true 1970's stud, effortlessly portraying Redford better than Redford ever could. The feathered bangs pretty much seal the deal. Note that no other man is pictured from the waist down, so we can only assume that this is a no-pants party all around.

I always thought that the thing you hit during badminton was called a "birdie" but upon further research, I see that what you're slappin' around is actually called a shuttlecock. And so I guess now this all makes sense.
