Daddy Long Legs

Despite the fact that all signs point to fall in this pic, Liane's dad is breakin' all the records with his Florida short shorts. To experience the full effect of this post, click the soundtrack, below, and then click on the dad. Rinse, repeat.

Who's Your Daddy?

Kyla was not cool with her dad wearing this same outfit, years later, to chaperone her prom, coach her soccer team, attend multiple school field trips, and eventually star in an aerosmith cover band called "Kyla Looks Like a Daddy."

Catch of the Dad

Here we find dad imparting yet another awkward life lesson: Give a dad a fish, you have fed him for a day. Give a dad some short shorts, and you have dressed him for a lifetime.

It's as if he's saying,
"I have planted the seeds, son. Now go make your short shorts magic."

All Dads on Deck

The scene: Mardi Gras, 1980
The weapon: one single yard of beer
The crime: lady killing
The Culprit: Heidi's dad

How he was caught: Watch as Ed skillfully charms his victims with his smooth 1-yard-of-beer-in-28-seconds skills. A classic case of whodunnit, until his secret is unexpectedly revealed. Look again, and you'll notice the clever and convenient "easy-access" design of these short shorts and extra absorbent terry cloth top... well, let's just say that isn't booze on the wooden boat deck. Flood gates open, case closed.

Auto Steak Dad

If Zeus had an album cover, this may be what it would have looked like. Mr. Silver is pictured here, in front of Mount Olympus, taking a break from a long journey through time and space to play what appears to be either an auto harp or a flank steak. Fortunately the Greek gods had a mini barbecue magically appear from a tree stump for him to rest his leg upon, so he could take some time to sing what we could only imagine to be an ancient Greek Bob Dylan song.

Did someone Lose a Dad??

Captain Call is not the kind of man who stops to ask for directions...

"Don't worry, sweetie, we're almost there."
(They're not.)
