As the photographer of this picture i thought i would put it in its time and cultural perspective. It was August (good time to wear short shorts), it was Calder's tenth birthday i believe, thats Adelaide at 14 mos and I was not wearing short shorts though clearly YOU adelaide weren't much for pants at all! I am guessing your Dad still has these shorts somewhere.
